ਕੱਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਲੈਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ 200/-ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਡਿਵੈਲਪਮੈਂਟ ਫੰਡ ਕੱਟਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ,ਬੜਾ ਮੰਦਭਾਗਾ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਰਮਸਾਰ ਹੈ ।ਇਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਤਾਂ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਬਿੱਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਹਤ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਜੋ ਮਾੜੀ-ਮੋਟੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਗੁਜ਼ਾਰਾ ਚੱਲਦਾ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਕਟਾਉਤੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ।ਮਾਨ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਇਉਂ…ਤਰੱਕੀ ??
