For that house on that size lot, your talking $400k plus. There is nothing affordable about that.

Instead they are squishing 2000 sqft townhomes onto no property and charging $500k. There is no affordable option.

These 1,000 square foot brick homes were printed in mass in suburban Detroit in the 1950s and 60s to support an exploding population.

This would solve our housing problem.

Then, incentivize winning by guaranteeing a significant player bonus for any team with more than 40 wins.

Belief in Santa is required for gifts on Christmas. However, Santa also has a list to determine who gets gifts on Christmas.

So is the receipt of gifts due to belief in Santa or due to good behavior? Or is the good behavior just a bi-product of true belief?

The biggest lesson I've taken away from the Utah Jazz tanking years is that I would prefer to have a perennial winning team that might not ever get a championship than to be terrible for years for a small chance at a ring.
