@Safaricom_Care I need an ETA for when the issue will be fixed, it's a real inconvenience and it's already been 24 hours without Internet, that is unacceptable.
@Wise I made a self-transfer on 11 March and still havenβt received the funds, despite submitting all the documents you requested. Your support team keeps sending me in circles and shifting blame to an unnamed partner bank. This is how trust built over years is eroded.
