@goibibo pathetic customer support. Haven’t received my refund for a cancelled ticket for the last ~4 months. Post assuring me in June ‘21, a refund to me in 2 to 3 weeks, you guys haven’t refunded me the money till now. Cust care now tells me that they cannot give a final date.

@goibibo Worst service possible by GoIbibo. Refund for the ticket cancelled in June this year has not been made till now despite multiple follow-ups done by me and false assurances done by them. They had committed in June to do the needful within 2 weeks but haven’t done it.
