I got to spend some of my free time volunteering with the National Marrow Donor Program and helping stuff envelopes.

The National Marrow Donor Program helps people with blood cancers and other serious diseases find stem cell and bone marrow donors who could save their lives.

It might seem like a small job, but every little bit helps! 🧡

Yesterday I got the news I’ve been waiting for — my hand is HEALED! 🙌🏼 My amazing sports medicine team at UT Health @UTHealthHouston cleared me to get back on the field with NO restrictions! 💪🏼

And then we celebrated with a team bonding night at iSMASH! 💥😂

From injury to cleared… I’m BACK! 🥎🔥
Couldn’t have asked for a better day! ❤️

I’ve been pretty quiet on X lately, and unfortunately, this is why… 💔

I suffered a stress fracture in my left hand and will be recovering and healing for the next 6–8 weeks.

This definitely isn’t how I envisioned spending my summer or starting fall ball.

Setbacks are just part of the journey. I’ll be focusing on healing, staying positive, and doing everything I can to come back stronger. 🦾
