@McDonaldsUK this new system of preparing orders before you arrive means I have no food and am out of pocket because I got close to the restaurant but never arrived. Online chatbot is useless. Can anyone actually help?
@ubereats_uk have attempted to contact your customer service team regarding my order from @IcelandFoods last night as I was sent someone else’s order and nothing of mine. Not had any success with your apparently automated customer service agents, so can you help?
@UberUKI_Support Meet Dilip. Dilip admitted taking another job and then when he realised he was being recorded said something about police which is ridiculous. He couldn’t get the pin right even though I’d said it correctly. He was rude after he left and damaged property on his way out
@ubereats_uk any chance you can explain why when I paid extra for priority delivery Dilip here has gone in the opposite direction and stopped somewhere else before heading towards me? Not really priority when they’re taking deliveries from multiple apps is it?!
@UberUKI_Support I’m still waiting for Dilip to arrive. Should have been here at 16:22 but he took another job in the opposite direction and then the most ridiculous route from there towards me. What information do you need?
@SportsDirectUK bit miffed that my delivery was marked as delivered by Evri despite there being no sign of the missing delivery in the “proof” photo and then Sport direct rejected my claim for an undelivered item because there is a photo with no sign of the item in it!! How?!
@evrisupportline your driver has pretended to deliver my expensive trainers, but they won’t fit him. Please can I have them back? The photo as “proof” very clearly doesn’t include the trainers box
@TSB very frustrating that you allow me to open a credit card account for balance transfers, request the information for the balance transfer during the application, and then block the balance transfer itself once the card has been authorised!! Apparently this is standard. Why?
@TSB Hi @TSB I have sent a dm but doesn’t look like you’ve read it yet. Your balance transfer team are shocking at customer service and I’m regretting taking out the account at all right now
@TSB bit puzzled. Having trouble completing a balance transfer and your online help states your lines are open until 10pm. Made a call pre 8pm and was told they can’t help me because another department is closed. So what’s the point being open until 10 if they can’t do anything?
@_ClaireRichards@GAMEdigital and raised an investigation with the courier. They then refunded @GAMEdigital who still refused to accept that I hadn’t received the parcel. It took 6 months of fighting to resolve this and finally get my refund from Game who sent me a £20 gift voucher for my 6months time 🤯 2/2
@_ClaireRichards I had a very similar issue with @GAMEdigital claiming my parcel had been delivered by the courier but the “proof” of delivery was the driver holding the parcel in the letterbox of someone else’s door. The courier company confirmed that the door pictured was not my door 1/2
@tescobankhelp trying to do a balance transfer to another credit card from yours and it seems you are blocking it. Any reason why? Doesn’t seem to be very helpful either end currently

@hines_stephen@JustEatUK I ordered something entirely different to what they sent. They haven’t apologised. Luckily I recognised that it wasn’t what I’d ordered and didn’t try to eat it, but they don’t care. Still no apology. Still no adequate refund. They are a joke
Did you know @JustEatUK have this crazy policy where if you are sent food that you are allergic to and complain, then use the credits to reorder what you ordered in the first place, but it’s still inedible, they won’t refund the credits. So I am still without edible food and down
@JustEatUK how many orders can your drivers deliver in one go? My order seems to have stopped at an address in the opposite direction from mine for 10 whole minutes. Will it be cold? Of course it will. This is not ok
