@SamsungMobile @SamsungIndia @Samsung @SamsungMobileSA Seems samsung shop mobile app is scamming customers. Sent SMS on 14th Aug at 5.30Pm that they will delivery today. When i looke dinto blue dart tracking status, they already updated saying CUTOMER REFUSTED to accept.

Everytime they told they will resolve in next 24 hours and after 9 days they blocked my number. I dont know how to revert the amount for case and cancellation fee without my mistake. Beware of @SamsungMobile shop app and never order any phone or product from them.

@SamsungMobile cheating customers by not delivering phone and by providing fake prices to order and then not deliver. Also, they delivered phone case and not accepting the return without phone. Broad daylight cheating by @SamsungIndia . I made continuous call to customer care.

@RailMinIndia booked 2 tickets from che to kjm boarding at tenali for 3AC in train no 12863 for 1, april 24. Only one ticket confirmed. Provide an option to cancel the tkt or confirm.Ask tte to give preference for wl ticket holder instead of selling it for general. JAI SHRIRAM
