Something I’ve never had to do…ever. Had to port out my @ATTHelp@ATT to another carrier because the support team literally refused to fix my issue and were passively aggressively shifting me to other agents. Time to get the @FCC paperwork started.
Ok so rant here…@ATT your support is literally the worst.
1) Check in online with agent on a ticket….”there is no ticket”
2) escalate to 2nd tier. “There is a ticket let me help”
3) starts looking…transfers me to someone else “how can I help you”
