@RiotZac @Spideraxe30 I cant seem to find how yas yone will be omega op with just 5% as buffs. It will just make them slightly better at lanes they r already good at. None of their core legendary items are buffed besides maybe yuntal of which it was already under rated but hyper situational.

@Raviel97 Sadly this wont do much if it’s only tier 2 buff assuming u play mid mostly as it’s usually better to power up to tabi if u r going pd or kraken builds
