@RoyalMailHelp I'm not getting customs forms automatically printing down with my click and drop (oba) labels any more for my OTA postage. Has something changed?

@RoyalMail great that Int. services are getting back to normal but I still have post to the US from 7/12 that was only just scanned into Langley on 10/01 plus post from 10/01 not even scanned in yet. Please please can we give some priority dispatching these older packages 1st?

I'm not looking for technical assistance, I'm getting that already, I just want a refund or replacement sorting please, which tech help don't understand I am allowed to have under UK consumer law as its so new

@Dell currently having issues with a 3 week old laptop, I think next step tech help want to do is send off for repair but surely as its so new I should be offered a replacement under UK consumer law? Do you have a UK customer service department I can speak to please?
