I am writing to file a grievance regarding the non‑receipt of the full refund for my flight booking that was cancelled by the airline.

I had booked a flight from Varanasi to Bengaluru on 21st February 2026 with Air India Express, flight number IX‑2167, PNR R7D15G.

Recently I purchased a shoe through your website. After receiving it I felt tight on it. I returned it and decided to get one from the Wildcraft showroom, which I did.

But I didn't get a refund on my returned item.

After contacting customer care, they're denying my refund saying that I have returned the wrong shoe.
What is this going on.

@makemytripcare 90 days are over, and in my MakeMyTrip account it is showing "Your refund request is invalid". But when I talked to airline they said it will we refunded.

My booking id is NF21112279846078, and the PNR number is H817C. It was cancelled due to non-operational of flight.
The refund was to be done in 45 days but it didn't. Please look into this matter.
