@ASOS hello I’ve sent off 2 packages for return, but the same QR code was appearing for both. Royal Mail suggested to tape the 2 packages together. I’ve marked the clothes in both packages for return on the ASOS app, only 1 is showing as returned. Can you please keep me updated.

No this is a Broadband service. I recieved a letter saying I was in credit by £22 off my last bill but this was not taken off. How long does this take? I had tried contacting different teams via the web chat but was left to wait for hours. It’s a pain ringing up too.

@TfL everyday the trains are delayed due to signal failure. Why does it take so long to fix? It’s shocking to even see the South Eastern trains to London run on time. Such a joke.
