@AlexiaSchlueter @lionsdenmother1 @truthout As a former enumerator, we actually speak to neighbors, real estate agents, etc., and use them as a proxy for ppl that have moved, so all is not necessarily lost (this is not a new thing, been happening for decades).

@MakeupFaded No - NRFU was a 2nd job for me, so whatever I owe the D of Commerce is well under $10; however, if it had've been my primary job where I was working 40 hrs/wk, I would've set $$ aside-I did confirm with my primary employer whether they were doing this and they weren't, thankfully
