@KFCSA It's easy for them to say when took my money without considerations and advised I can't escalate my matter to any platform coz they can't assist me with alternatives.

As I need my money back coz you can't change the order to collection and why did it allow me to add my address when my area does not accept deliveries.

@KFCSA I just got a call from KFC customer care tell me that I have to wait for 5 to 14 working days for my refund. It's disappointing that KFC can't provide an immediate refund, they said i can explore alternative options for dinner tonight.

@KFCSA KFC Nagina contacted customer service on they side, I was told customer service will contact me and now it's been an hour waiting for their call.
