@United says they don’t know where my suitcase is and that there’s no way it’s in Houston. They said the AirTag was probably ripped off and stuck to a different bag, but the AirTag was inside the bag in a zippered compartment. So… did someone go through my stuff?!

I kind of flipped out on the customer service agent and *suddenly* he had info that my bag was in Houston. He asked me if there was a green stuffed dinosaur toy from the royal Tyrrell museum in there and I yelled “YES!” So they did know where it was and just told me they didn’t?!

I’m sick to my stomach. All my Christmas gifts from my best friend were in there. Priceless custom gifts. I’m so grateful I put the AirTag in there because they can’t claim it’s completely lost. The bag was lost in Denver. I never even flew through Houston. 🤦‍♀️
