@tarkov I did this. Now I can't access my account. I used the Microsoft 2FA app. Now you guys don't support it. I bought the game in 2017. I can no longer get the bank details. You guys won't help me get access again. Everyone don't do the 2FA with microsoft Authenticator app.

@kovexfps @tarkov Unfortunately I can't access the profile account to even try that. I have shown them all the purchases I have made through xsolla, except the original purchase which I made through my credit card because xsolla wasn't working correctly. I try to explain it but they don't listen.

@tarkov Whatever you do don't use Microsoft authenticator. I did now I can't access my account. Bought the game in 2017. Bank no longer has record of my purchase. Can't prove it's my account (even though I have an email from BSG, congratulating me on my purchase). Now I'm stuffed.
