The dev told us straight: "We don't do burns. I haven't locked anything. The value is the utility."

We listed him anyway. Score: 52 SILVER.

Why? Because the chain had something to say: 17.96% top10 concentration — the best holder distribution of our entire July batch. 153 holders, nobody over 3%. Provably-fair reward draws, every payout TX public.

SUPPLY LOCK vs LP LOCK — not the same thing. Teams mix these up every week, so here's the difference and why the protocol scores BOTH:

🏰 LP LOCK = protecting the EXIT DOOR
The liquidity pool is what lets people sell. If the team controls the LP, they can pull it — price instantly goes to zero, nobody can exit. That's the classic rug.
LP locked/burned = the door can never be removed. This protects EVERY holder's ability to leave.

🐋 SUPPLY LOCK = protecting against the AVALANCHE
Different risk entirely: the team/dev wallets holding a big % of supply. Even with LP locked forever, a dev dumping 30% of supply into the pool crushes the price 90%. The door works fine — there's just an avalanche coming through it.
Supply locked (Streamflow, non-cancelable) = those tokens physically CANNOT move until the unlock date. The avalanche is frozen.

Two locks, two rugs prevented:
❌ LP unlocked → they can take the exit away
❌ Supply unlocked → they can flood the exit
✅ Both locked → neither rug is possible. That's what "safe" actually means on-chain.

How the Survival Index scores them:
🔒 LP lock/burn → V1 pillar, up to +20 — permanent protection, permanent points
🐋 Supply lock → V2 category, up to +8, DECAYING to zero at the unlock date — because a supply lock is a promise with an expiry, and the score honestly matches the calendar

One lock without the other is half a promise. The chain sees both.
