@whoop , what’s up? Using the 3.0 band & working fine, but since Monday it’s connected in my BT iOS settings on my iPhone, but won’t connect in your app. Grrrrrrr! Was running 12.3, now the latest 12.4, still no go. Emailed support 24 hrs ago, and treated like a spurned lover
@whoop , any direction on how I can get some real customer support? I sent an email more than a day ago explaining I need help re-connecting my 2.0 band to my iPhone/your app, which inexplicably stopped working. Nothing but the rote email response, hoping for actual help by now
