Working on the GTPA made me realise how much of an impacted I actually made on students learning. Even though completing the GTPA was quite a stressful time, it felt amazing to see my students improvements from the start to the end of my time there! #acuedu_p

For our special places unit, we have been learning about Uluru and the importance behind this place (who cares for this place and why we need to sustain it). So for one of our art lessons, we did a crayon and water colour artwork! They turned out so well for Kindy. #acuedu_p

We had our colour fun run for last day of term last week. So for our art lesson before the big day, we made tie dye bandanas that they could wear on the run! They loved this. #acuedu_p

We also introduced a topic word wall that involves words from the farm unit of work! The students can simply go up to the wall and grab a word in the middle of writing time. #acuedu_p

In Kindergarten we have been learning about the farm. To help them with their writing, we discussed the 5 senses in relation to farms. This is what they came up with! Great way to push them to use adjectives in writing. #acuedu_p

Over the past 2 weeks, @Davo452’s tutorial yesterday stood out to me the most because it was highly engaging and interesting. We watched a series of classroom management videos created by Bill Rogers and they were fantastic! I will be taking on board his strategies. #acuedu_p
