@sissassy @ChrisHJ18 ๐ cool argument, and you are assuming wrong, have never been an employee, that's how I know not to make stupid contracts that would get me my ass handed to me in court
@sissassy @ChrisHJ18 They can't, you can't have abusive clauses in your contracts, they usually just don't add them in a way that's obviously abusive, but if they did it'd be easy to win, in these cases I'm not saying it's easy but I think it's a debate the industry needs to have
@sissassy When a clause is considered abusive it doesn't matter if you signed it, it can never be enforced anyway, that's why that's the key question, is it or is it not
@sissassy How many penthouses do I have to be given so they can hit me with a baseball bat if I ever post a pic on Instagram of me petting a dog that's not approved by ador ๐ค
@anythingthats_k@HazzaGucci@TheePopCore That's why this is the key question, you can't be held to a contract that makes you a slave even if you signed it, you also shouldn't be signing something and later argue you didn't want to, but that doesn't work if the contract is abusive you can never be held to it anyway
