Investigators have released this photo of a ring that a female was wearing when her body was found in western Wayne County way back in 1982. 40 years later, she has yet to be identified. There's hope that someone recognizes this ring. She was thought to be 18-22 years old.

Law enforcement is warning of a scam in which a caller identifies himself as an employee of Reid Orthopedics and offers a free brace if the recipient of the call gives up his/her date of birth and social security and Medicare number. Calls appear to be coming from Connersville.

Yesterday was the 19th anniversary of the disappearance of Richmond's Niqui McCown. It was made more somber this year with the passing of Niqui's mother, Barbara, the day before. Barbara championed the search for her daughter and never gave up hope that answers would come.
