Big thanks to @KenePhotography for the great shoot
@chri5j0y@PhilosophyAges "The body keeps the score."
I wonder the connection between the somatic-mental connection with Dr. Hawkins's work of muscle testing and kinesiology. Could it be that a body that is bombarded by negative thoughts and stimuli is "going weak" as Hawkins says?
@maximumpain333 Love this message. There sure is a lot of lower dimensional energy systems on C that can lure a person in. Thank you for the reminder 🙏🏻
Mental health is not a DIY project.
We need strong leaders in our corner so we can lead our families.
In 2016 I was diagnosed with PTSD and through holistic mental, physical, and Spiritual disciplines found healing.
Healing not just for me but for my whole family.
Find routines, habits, and rhythms that overlap mentally, physically and spiritually
It's great if you can hit two out of three such as reading a spiritual classic
A super-habit is when you hit all three like lifting weights while listening to @akirathedon
Mind•Body•Spirit
Counselor thought of the day:
The healthier one gets (increasing the quality of consciousness) the more responsibility one bears.
The more weight you bear, the greater your capacity.
Getting healthier is not about life getting "easier" it's about getting stronger.
Today's crash-course in using Hemi-Sync therapeutically.
Look at the diagram.
C-1 represents waking consciousness.
The overlapping circle below represents the subconscious. The overlapping circle above represents the super conscious.
