My journey as an amateur investor in the stock market. In this thread, I will share my 3 year investment journey and key takeaways that might help you in your financial journey.(1/6)
It’s not them. There are plenty of couriers that do the same and ignore accountability. We come across situations where while RTO happened the product that got delivered to us is a completely different product from what we initially sent.
We talk about ease of doing business in India and compare it with China, there’s one big difference I’ve noticed:
In India, no one wants to feel accountable.
Let me share my experience with one of India’s biggest shipping companies, Delhivery.
I’m a co-founder of an electrolyte brand. We sent two packages worth almost ₹1lakh to Ladakh for the Ladakh Marathon because we wanted to sell them at the event.
They failed to deliver them and shipped them back to us.
For the next 40–45 days, there was no update on where the packages were. We kept following up, but nobody gave us a clear answer.
After 45 days, they told us the packages were lost and simply closed the case.
We were shocked by the lack of accountability. No explanation, no apology, no guilt. Just, “It’s lost.”
And when we asked why, how it happened, or what the next step was, nobody had an answer. Delhivery team doesn’t answer calls. We tried reaching out to different people, and most of them either said, “It’s not my department,” or cut the call.
Our team got stuck in an endless loop.
Shipping aggregator says to contact the shipper.
Shipper says to contact someone else.
Delhivery team doesn’t answer.
And the biggest loser is the entrepreneur who is willing to do business.
I’ve dealt with Chinese suppliers and logistics companies before, and the difference in accountability and service is very noticeable.
They are desperate to do business with you. They take ownership, respond quickly, and try to solve the problem.
That’s what ease of doing business should feel like, not this, definitely!

@oldschoolinvest I feel peoples grievances are more towards why is it going downwards when the government is saying everything is going Changa(GDP growth). Add to that the tax increases are not helping anyone. The FM truly needs to figure out a way to give a much needed boost to the market.
@ShiprocketCare Here are the AWB numbers:
AWB1: 19041947775252
AWB2: 19041950415280
Hopefully this time around your team will give a proper resolution instead of ignoring the matter.
Building a D2C brand in India is such a hardship. You not only have RTOs but people actually changing the items in the parcel and the courier company not doing anything about it. Absolutely trash service from @ShiprocketIndia. I hope you improve your service in the future.
@markgoldbridge I have a feeling Maino will be the next Rashford for us. Some high level performances and then major dips all throughout. Maybe just maybe academy graduates of Man United aren’t at the level as it used to be.
I have a feeling Jason Wilcox will be the reason @ManUtd doesn’t get closer to the PL trophy for the foreseeable future. Absolute garbage of a sporting director. What more can you expect from a former Leeds United Pro!
Not just based on this half’s performance but United should think of a life without their talismanic captain. The offer they received this year should’ve been accepted and invested furthermore to make the team even better. Hopefully next year @ManUtd does move on from him.
@grok@Tanmoy_Fetsu These seems to be the list of positions he has served as a politician. List me at least 5 achievements he has made after holding such positions.
People who complain about the rights of street dogs are the ones who flaunts their foreign trips on social media. The sooner we get rid of these dogs from our streets, the better it’s for us.
Don’t walk
Don’t go by a 2 wheeler
Car is your best friend
Yes, you might only get lower mileage, hit with traffic …
That’s the price you pay to stay safe
As you turn 30+ you realise the best thing that can happen to you is all your friends who are gone chasing their dreams at different parts of the world hopefully comes back one day to your hometown and enjoy the rest of their lives with you and relive those childhood memories.
@ManUtd and @PSG_English can swap their first choice Gks. Donna will be massive GK upgrade for United and Onana a decent backup for PSG. Win-win situation for both the parties. #Manchester#United
