@JioCare@reliancejio Due to Jio's poor customer service, the long delay, and the lack of any meaningful support, I was left with no choice but to switch to another network provider. Jio's handling of my complaint forced me to make this decision.

I request Jio to investigate the activation process at the Manamadurai Jio office, Sivagangai District, Tamil Nadu, verify the KYC and account records, and determine how this happened.

The Manamadurai Jio office, Sivagangai District, Tamil Nadu, collected my Aadhaar and KYC documents and accepted ₹3,500 for a new 6-month Jio AirFiber connection in my name.
Only after the connection was deactivated within one month did I discover @reliancejio
@JioCare@reliancejio that the account was registered in a different person's name instead of mine. Until the connectioin was deactivated, I had no reason to suspect that it was not in my name.If Jio's policy does not allow a name change, why was a connection activated under another person's name
