Please be aware of rip currents when visiting Cornwall’s beaches.
If you’re caught in one, stay calm, float, raise your hand for help and swim parallel to the shore until you’re free of the current.
If you see someone in difficulty, call 999 and ask for the Coastguard.
RNLI lifeguards will return to 48 beaches across Cornwall from Saturday, May 23.
With warm weather and surf forecast over the bank holiday weekend and half-term, people are being urged to choose an RNLI lifeguarded beach and enjoy the coast safely.

@BBCBreaking Trust me, that's nothing new.
Having worked for nine years in the NHS as an Outpatient Orthopaedic Coordinator in a University Health Board in South Wales, I've seen it many times in the medical records department, and nothing was done about it apart from having a little chat.
The search for Europe’s best young surfers (groms) is back — and UK’s top athletes are ready to battle it out at Fistral Beach, Newquay. https://t.co/dTWvAowRtf

@KG_CryptoCat@SkyNews@laurabundock Not in Wales it isn't.
We still use paper, and each hospital has its own medical records department where they are stored.
