@RichardKnightSD@realdanmcduffee@WilliamLaforce@Suzierizzo1 I would expand the ban to anyone whom is a citizen and primary resident (not just diplomats) of another country. During 1997, many Hong Kong Chinese arranged to have their babies born in the US simply to obtain the babies' US citizenship as future protection from China.
@realTuckFrumper When will MAGA finally realize that it's always been only about trump and not about them? Of course, MAGA could repeat J6-2020 and just storm inside to attend the proceedings.
@Ronxyz00 Blumenthal, as a lawyer, should know the basic rule of any litigator is always to know the answer to any question before you ask it. Otherwise you risk being embarrassed as you were by a small dog and goat killer.
@jeremyfromga She protected her kids and family from a terrorist cell led by a small dog and an old goat, shooting both without any remorse. That’s South Dakota Tough😂.
@realdanmcduffee@RichardKnightSD@WilliamLaforce@Suzierizzo1 No argument but trump should distinguish between anchor baby and birthright citizenship. He should ask SCOTUS to ban US citizenship for US born children of 2 illegal immigrants. Already precedent for US born children of foreign diplomats who acquire citizenship of their parents.
@Trav27S@BigFish3000 Actually it’s much worse for a sitting POTUS not to attend a successor’s inauguration than it is for a twice removed POTUS’ wife not to attend.
@RichardKnightSD@WilliamLaforce@Suzierizzo1 I don’t know but it just shows how comments without context matter. IMHO anchor baby s/b limited to babies born in the US whose parents are not legally in the country. Both Vivek’s parents were on legal visas giving him protected birthright citizenship.
@D1Tolli@endlibtyranny@atensnut Neither of his parents was a US citizen when he was born, which makes him an anchor baby and someone trump wants to prohibit under the Constitution’s 14th Amendment.
