Lewis Hamilton interview with Sky Sport F1 after sprint Race
Interviewer: If we learn anything from that Sprint is how hard it is to overtake. But speaking to you yesterday, you've got some changes you want to make that you think will improve things for qualifying later
Lewis Hamilton: I hope so, yeah. I mean, the car felt quite good in FP1 and then just subtle change and it threw the car really into a different direction in qualifying, which we carried into the race. So I hope that we can make that change back to something similar we had in FP1.
Lewis Hamilton interview after sprint Race
Interviewer: Hey Lewis, I know you weren't best pleased with how the car felt yesterday. Was it kind of as bad as you thought it was, and are there a lot of changes you've got to make between now and quali?
Lewis Hamilton: Yeah, it's the same through qualifying, as you would expect. Which is a bit frustrating, but I mean even if the car felt better, it's so hard to overtake here. So especially on the same tyre. So, yeah, I think we will definitely make some changes, hopefully we can get the car to be a bit better, closer to P1 and first practice, and hopefully we can fight from there.
Is this an example of Max "knowing the rulebook better than everyone" OR is this him/his team blatantly fucking up but getting away with it because he's Max and it's at Zandvoort?
Well luckily the man himself, Liuzzi, is back as a steward today so we can just ask him.

🚨| Lewis Hamilton: "Not a good session, unfortunately. But this is the way it is. FP1 felt good. We made subtle adjustments to the car, but when we got into qualifying it was a completely different car. So we need to figure out what went wrong and then we'll do our best tomorrow."
