Sage advice.

And this too, is applicable to your LIMITING BELIEFS.

Limiting beliefs, although frustrating, at some point were installed to PROTECT you on SOME level. (Protection from rejection, failure, judgement, mainly)

And before you get discard a limiting belief, YOU must be brutally HONEST:
- Are you willing to give up the payoff it gives you?
- Are you willing to ditch the excuses, and the psychological safety net it provides?
- Are you willing to stop coping, and start living?

If the answer is NO? That’s okay!

But understand you are CHOOSING to keep it: because it’s convenient, familiar, comfortable, and gives you a really good reason not to try.

And the second you release a limiting belief… is the second you lose the luxury of pretending that you aren’t capable of so much more.

Most people live life as prisoners and slaves, in the jails of their own mind. And as uncomfortable as incarceration may be…

They simply cannot afford freedom. Because freedom costs the surrender of your illusions.

And that is a price too great for he who fears accepting complete personal responsibility.

You have a choice.

Keep coping. Or start living.
