To any girls going out of their jogs or walks, one tip the guards gave me when I was attacked was to carry a mini hairspray can with me as it does the same damage as pepper spray & you can not be done for carrying hairspray but with pepper spray you can, I hope this helps 🤍

@HSELive my 8 month old got tested on Friday but still waiting on a result. I know it’s up to 48 hours for adults but thought it was 24 for kids? Very difficult not knowing since she’s so small and we’re a bit helpless. Any way to find out when to expect it please?
