We have had a diversion now for three weeks, and on a day like today with the great weather no one is working other than sleeping traffic light attendants, and you have the gaul to increase your bills. Its a disgrace

@thameswater At first it was 2 weeks then 4 now it’s no idea. Our village main road has been cut off. So on a day where lots of work could be done we have 2 people sleeping or watching videos while ‘monitoring’ traffic lights. And you just sent me an increase in my bill.
