交通相關政策與福利，交通部官方都會正大光明的公告。

近期網路與 YouTube 或line群組流傳「2026年起長者搭雙鐵享有5大免費特權」、「10月上路新政策」等內容，這些都是假訊息，大家別再相信或轉傳。

這類影片用誇大、煽動性語句誤導大家，不但可能影響旅客權益也造成雙鐵第一線服務人員的正常運作和困擾，甚至產生爭執。

很重要，再進一步澄清：
▪ 目前沒有長輩「免費搭乘」、「免費升等」或「同行者免費」等優惠措施。
▪ 年滿65歲以上長者，依現行規定僅享雙鐵半票優惠。
▪ 車站現場並沒有設置所謂「專屬通道」或「免費接駁」等長者專屬服務。
至於身心障礙的朋友和長者如有需要協助，可以接洽車站服務台提供必要協助。
