@Porkinher323@Whats_the_dirt@OnThatNoteTV You literally defend Kendrick all day, JayZ in this post. What does that make you? Look at you getting pissed over a joke 💀💀💀
@Porkinher323@Whats_the_dirt@OnThatNoteTV Lmaooo you pulled out the definitions? You thought i actually meant you started crying over this? Looks like it stung tho cause you didn’t reply to the other shit i said
@Porkinher323@Whats_the_dirt@OnThatNoteTV Theres no way you threw a temper tantrum over this 💀 What’s The Dirt not even the one getting copyrighted. This is literally infringing on free speech, just cause you don’t like whats being said doesn’t mean you could silence people. Imagine if the government did that.
@flycookup@Whats_the_dirt If you think you could copyright stuff just because you don’t like whats being said then you shouldn’t have a problem with the government silencing people for saying negative things. There’s something called free speech
@Dnice7723238585@Whats_the_dirt There was no copyright material, just speaking on it negatively. What happened to free speech? Imagine if the government silenced people for speaking on them negatively. Would it be exercising then?
@gemsinthegym@Legacychildset@ComplexMusic Facts, he tried to say its the most likely explanation 💀
I knew I was arguing with some one uneducated that pretends like they know what they’re talking about
@earlioktober@HOT97 Yeaa he could be trying to make it a better case. RBX tried that with his lawsuit claiming Drake has billions of botted stream. It was dismissed without prejudice first and then came back with a beefier case but it just got dismissed with prejudice just a few days ago
@earlioktober@HOT97 Dismissed without prejudice means he could refile, so that means he voluntarily withdrew. If it was a settlement then it would be dismissed with prejudice meaning he can’t refile, ending the case permanently
@Dividendjournal@HOT97 If they settled it wouldn’t be dismissed without prejudice, meaning he could refile. Settlement is a permanent end to a case meaning it should’ve been dismissed with prejudice for a settlement to make sense
@Legacychildset@ComplexMusic Where's the proof he got it? No deal confirmed, credits unchanged, and he dismissed without prejudice so he can still refile. A quiet withdrawal isn't proof of a settlement.
@Legacychildset@ComplexMusic If the case was so solid why wouldn’t he want more money and credit and just go through with it. Instead he settled for some change?
