Ok, it’s cheesemaking day here. Who wants to follow my progress from start to finish? First off is taking the milk out of my dairy bulk tank. There’s a few thousand litres in here. I’m taking out 600 litres today for cheesemaking. #cheesemaking#ireland

Thanks to all the walkers, shoppers old faces and new who came to the Farmer's Market today. We sold out early but will have more produce, baked goods and that delicious cider next week with🤞street food from some Boyne Valley food heroes + fancy coffees for foodies within 20km.
