Voor alle nieuwe s5 bezitters. Let op met het voorwiel installeren. Je kunt door te hard trekken aan de kabel in het frame iets lostrekken. Kleine designflaw (lijkt me) maar het is te repareren. Hij rijdt weer als een zonnetje.

@VanMoof Ook even wat positiefs tussendoor. Mijn ervaring. Vanmoof S5 gekocht, na paar km deed de motor ondersteuning het niet meer. Contact gezocht via Twitter DM. Vrijwel direct bericht terug, elke dag. Motorkabel bleek los te zijn.

@VanMoof is er een manier om snel in contact de komen met de support? Na 9 maanden eindelijk mn s5 binnen, werkt na 5 km de elektrische motor / schakelen niet meer.

@VanMoof Dan praat ik met een computer. En moet ik door een menu heen. Ik ben vandaag bij het service centrum geweest in Leiden, maar die hebben geen contract voor de S5. Kan ik ook met een mens communiceren?
