@CUnderwoodUK It depends. I have experienced many shifts in my own personality caused without doubt by diet. This said, mental health I believe is mostly a side-effect of overall health. Therefore I don't like doctors calling people mentally-ill without trying nutrative healing.

@DrWhoWhatWhyHow Not at all. There are times that I write something just to get that feeling of accomplishment. But I'll usually see later that it's crap and throw it out. When a scene or character harasses me into writing it's usually great and I love writing it. I've gotten really good feedback
