I think that by calling themselves a council they are attempting to convey a certain authority, but they have no authority at all they are simply Pakistanis who by hook or by crook are living in Britain. A real authority, through legislature could remove every Pakistani visa and reverse every Pakistani passport award. This is Britain, you would think Pakistanis would be more grateful, humble, and quiet, especially since the religiously motivated Islamic Pakistan rape gangs were brought to light in the mainstream. Political uniforms are banned in Britain, what is a niqab, burka, and the one that looks like a letterbox, what is that if it's not a political uniform? They've taken and taken and taken and had every wish granted but Muslims must accept that Islam is outright rejected by those not indoctrinated into at birth. Outright rejected. They must also understand that they can't stop us voicing that rejection, they also can't force us to respect them, and they should remember they came to our home, not the other way around.
