@coffeespoonie I took a trip to Uganda in 2000 - I had in my pocket a decent sized Swiss army knife with maybe a 6" blade. I took it out of my pocket and put it in the little basket, walked through the scanner then put it back in my pocket and went onto the plane. No eyebrows were raised.

@JaymeBeanAuthor Wow, yeah. I have never been able to make habits in a meaningful way. Even stuff like brushing my teeth is a conscious effort every single day. The only bonus is that that includes bad habits.
