1 hour and 40-minute long uninterrupted, entirely ApoLada-focused episode felt like watching a full-scale GL movie. The best final episode I've ever seen in the industry. Shout out to Englot, btw. I heard they were good, but I've never expected to like them THAT much, lol.
Finally, a 8-episode long series that doesn't feel rushed. No prolonged family drama and last-minute happy ending, which I absolutely despise in every GL drama. Just some domestic ApoLada fluff. I really wish that Air and Fire (and other series) will follow Water's example, because let me tell you, the bar is HIGH.
THE WATER FINAL EPISODE
#นทีร้อยเล่ห์ตอนจบ
Their story really is the most beautiful love story I’ve ever had the chance to know. Love doesn’t have to be easy, life isn’t a fairytale, and they are only people. Charlotte said, “We love and we fight, because we are only humans.” Even though it isn’t a fairytale, their story is magical; what they went through showed how strong they are and how much they love each other.
My dears, don’t feel obliged to share everything with us - tell us as much about your relationship as you wish. You should be the ones to feel comfortable and safe, nurturing that wonderful feeling, and we know that exposing all the intimate details of a relationship to the public can be disastrous for celebrities.
“when we’ll be together you’ll see cause we like to show off” - I’ll have that line in my head, while having no expectations and simply enjoying what I see and supporting you both
“nothing can keep us apart ’cause you are the one I was meant to find.” - 🤍
