@Consumer_Cell Will do a dm on Facebook. However this has been attempted at least 3 times. Each time we call customer service for a status they change the port pin and render the original request invalid. Extremely frustrating.
@Consumer_Cell Hello. We have been trying to port out a number for 4 weeks now. I can’t get past customer service. In the meantime we’re paying you for unnecessary service . Please DM the email or number of someone who can help. The level of incompetence is amazing.
