@UPS What's the point? I waited in and then had to collect it myself because your driver was too lazy! I joined another customer at the shop, collecting his as well, as the same thing had been done to them. Won't use UPS again

@UPS your drivers lie! Said it attempted delivery at 0945, but couldn't get access, so is taking my parcel to a collection point! I have been out in my front garden 0930 til now and NO ONE came near the house, my CCTV will back this up. You are as bad as #Evri
