I remember a course I took at Urban and Regional Planning department in Laspotech, We were given hectares of land on paper to subdivide into plots. The lecturer said something I’ll never forget, he said that closes and crescents should rarely occur if a community is properly planned. In my field of study, a Right of Way would have solved this amicably.
