@AudiUKCare That the MMI unit needs replacing. I’m unsure what steps they took to diagnose the problem.

@AudiUK My 2014 S3 MMI is faulty - no DAB. Quoted £4k to replace the MII. Why is the MMI so expense? Absolutely ridiculous that this system is so expensive. Will not buy another Audi because of this!

@AudiUKCare Yes I did. Reading Audi. The diagnosis is internal failure. Was working fine one day and then nothing.
