@ashleyn1cole If you're in New York, I have recommendations. Last time I was pregnant, I craved lasagna. I was basically Garfield. There are a lot of lovely restaurant lasagnas here, including Fausto, Frankie's, Aita, and (for a fancier and less traditional version) Finch.π
Also people from Westchester saying they were from "upstate New York" and me, a Canadian, thinking that meant Buffalo, Syracuse...even Albany, which is right in the middle of the state, but still half a state north of Westchester.
Iβll never forget my freshman year of college meeting graduates of nyc private schools who expected I would recognize their schoolsβ names and know general stuff about them
@scholastic my 4 year old loves your books and short films, and wants me to tell you she thinks the book My Teacher Is a Monster! (No I Am Not.) by @itspeterbrown would make for an excellent Scholastic short film . ππ¬π½οΈ
@MrsFridayNext Keep in mind millennials range from age 25 to age 40, and Gen Z ranges from age 6 to age 24. This hair part thing is a war between 20-somethings. It's not 6 year olds vs 40 year olds. And as an almost-40-year-old, our pant legs were wider than theirs back in the 90s anyway. :P
@copiesofcopies Children renew your appreciation for museums. AMNH has never been my favourite, mainly blah dioramas and documentaries. But my 4 year old's enthusiasm for the dinosaur skeletons made me see it in a new light.
