@BofA_Help Dealing with BofA over the phone is an exercise in futility. So I was extraordinarily pleased when I contacted BofA Help on Twitter very successfully. I had another problem with BofA and tweeted to BofA Help on Twitter again - nothing!

@BofAHelp11 I've written before asking to do this by email ... but I don't see an answer. In Summary, I had a stroke at the end of May. I have lived in Australia for the last almost 8 yearsand didn't even think to look at my account until too late - the late fee was already made.
