@Langaholic imo hangul is alright but i simply cannot learn a language with latin script anymore 💀 i for some reason always make it into a romance language i already know or english. or romanised hindi sometimes. i have to avoid pinyin for this reason & also have issues with irish :(

@lemonsandlimee i’m told that at some point you can learn to read both! it’s apparently not that hard to switch, so maybe when you feel comfy w simplified try reading in traditional?

how do u say « what? » politely in mandarin? like japanese has 「はい？」but i feel like just saying 「什麼?」is weird
