I have a lot of insecurities because when I was at my "peak", we didn't have any of the opportunities kaigai idols do now. Now that the stages we fought so hard for exist, my body is failing me, and I often feel I'll never be "good enough" now. Out of place and out of time.

And I really don't want to give up on myself... I want to be able to sing and dance and dream just like I was 16 years ago in my basement... but I think I need to relearn how to perform FOR ME. Otherwise, I fear I will continue to be stuck in this loop of fear, doubt, and pain...

@kchanidol That post broke my heart. There was a time where I performed more "like that", but, due to disability, I now am someone they would consider a "glorified karaoke performer"
I'm still putting in the same level of effort, and, personally, I feel like I've grown as an idol!
