#marcothon Day 6 - Lovely sunny muddy run at Baron’s Haugh nature reserve. Good to go somewhere new but local. Realised it’s better to just run through massive puddles than try and tip toe round them and end up falling on your arse. Probably a life lesson in there somewhere 😆
