No. The prosecution isn’t making bold claims from blurry photos. They’ve introduced multiple independent lines of hard evidence: Robinson’s DNA as the major contributor on the Mauser rifle (trigger, grips, stock, bolt, barrel and more), the fired cartridge casing inside it, several unfired cartridges, the towel it was wrapped in, and a matching “Test Shot” casing from his home. The Dremel tool recovered there produced the same engravings found on those casings. Texts and a note attribute a confession to him, his roommate identified him on video and described the engraving process, and his vehicle was tied to the area by license plate and footage. The rifle was found exactly where the texts said it would be.
Candace’s focus on compressed video quality, supposed build or handedness differences, and claims of “exclusive” stills doesn’t create counter evidence. It questions one piece of visual material while leaving the DNA, toolmarks, confessional records, and physical recoveries untouched. Opinions and selective scrutiny of low resolution public clips are not the same as forensic results that can be tested in a lab.

That’s not true. Expanding .30-06 soft points regularly fail to exit when they hit bone.
MLK was killed with a .30-06 soft-point that struck his spine, fragmented, and stayed in his body with no exit wound. Hunters see the same thing constantly, spine or heavy bone hits with Core-Lokt and similar loads often leave the bullet inside or under the far-side hide. Same caliber, same bullet design, same result. If you’ve shot enough rounds, you should know crazier things have happened when dealing with that much force and energy. It’s easy enough to go on YouTube and view some of the ballistic videos to show, sometime rounds will not act consistently.

The rifle was recovered with one spent casing and three unfired rounds still in it — all engraved with the same distinctive messages. Matching engraved casings and a Dremel tool were found at Robinson’s residence. That’s not “BS.” That’s physical evidence linking the recovered murder weapon directly to him.

• An officer did note the license plate after interacting with Robinson in his car near campus after the shooting. The vehicle was registered to him.
• DNA isn’t “stupid.” His DNA was the major contributor on the discarded murder weapon (trigger, bolt, casing, unfired rounds, and the towel it was wrapped in) recovered near the scene — not just “something from his house.”
• There was a note. Robinson texted Lance to look under the keyboard for it. The physical note was partially burned, but a photo of it existed and the content was recovered and entered into evidence.
