@united just logged on to check SIN-SFO flight on June 26. I had purchased 3 Premium Plus seats for this trip. Upon looking at the seat map, it appears the plane has changed and there is no premium plus cabin! Can you confirm? No communication received about this change.

@BrandyUSA Bought birthday gift in store for daughter on Feb 15... her birthday is Mar 4. I inquired about return policy and was told 30 days so didn't even think to check the receipt. When I took the items back today (Mar 7) to return I was told 14 day return policy! Help!!
