@FedExHelp I had a very bad delivery experience, Fedex fault, over holidays, how and to who do I send a complaint and a request for a refund? It was unbelievably bad!

FedEx could not even walk down to the porch, but note that the sprinkler head location is such that the package got watered last night, thanks a lot! And this is not what I am complaining about, it is another package fail by fedex! @fedex @FedExHelp
